We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-driven Executive Administrative Assistant with a background in non-profit, church administration, and site management. This individual will support executive leadership in a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, helping ensure that both ministry goals and daily operations are executed with excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, adaptable, and grounded in a heart for service and faith-based community impact.

The Music Director at Burns United Methodist Church is responsible for cultivating, coordinating, and leading a vibrant, inclusive, and spiritually grounded music ministry that supports worship, discipleship, and community engagement. The Music Director collaborates closely with the Senior Pastor to ensure that music reflects the theological and liturgical traditions of The United Methodist Church and honors the cultural diversity of the Burns community.

As a church in revitalization and community transformation, Burns UMC seeks a Music Director who is both musically skilled and ministry-minded—someone who understands music as a tool for worship, witness, and formation.
