Roxanna Pernell is a devoted woman of faith committed to ministry, family, and community service. She actively serves at Burns United Church alongside her husband, Rev. Dr. James Pernell, Sr. Utilizing her administrative and hospitality skills, she blesses others within the church and beyond.
Professionally, Roxanna has extensive experience in administration, currently working with Mail Services and previously as an Executive Assistant at Baptist Health and Graham Hospital. Her seven years with the U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity included international experience, enhancing her passion for global outreach. Additionally, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House, focused on empowering families in poverty.
